Why Loan A Lens?

We understand that in our store environment, it can be difficult for you to assess the full capability of our lenses. With this project, you will be able to gauge the effectiveness of our lenses through actual field-testing in personal way.

Do you take reservation?

No. As we have limited equipment available, we want to ensure all customers have equal opportunities to try.

How many times can I loan the same lens?

There is a maximum loan of 2 times for each model per camera body serial number.

Can I extend my loan?

No. As we have limited equipment available, we want to ensure all customers have equal opportunities to try.

What happens if I damage the equipement?

At the point of loan, you are required to inspect the equipment, all defects or malfunctions must be reported within that time. After which, you will be fully responsible for any damage to the equipment. If repairs or replacements are required, you will be required to pay all labour, material and shipping charges. If beyond repair, then equipment will be deemed sold to you at full retail price.

What are the penalties on late return?

We have a strict policy against late returns, this is to ensure all customers have equal opportunities to try. For the full list of penalty charges, please refer to Annex A.
